Heavy Jet Charter in Whiteland
Heavy jets carry more people farther, with room to stand, work and sleep. We match your trip to the right large-cabin aircraft, quote it all-inclusive and give you a departure and arrival window you can build a meeting or vacation around.

Who should book a large-cabin jet
This is the largest class of private aircraft most travelers charter. Common models include the Gulfstream G450 and G550, the Falcon 900, the Challenger 605 and the Global Express. Expect seating for roughly 10 to 16 passengers, a cabin you can walk upright in, a full galley and an enclosed lav. Many models also have seats that recline into beds.
Range is what you are really paying for. These aircraft can cross the country, reach Europe or head deep into South America without stopping for fuel. On a long day, cutting that stop saves an hour or more and removes one more thing that can throw off your arrival.
On short trips it is often more jet than you need. If you are flying under three hours with a small group, a midsize jet charter or super-midsize jet charter usually covers it for less. We will say so when you call.

What your heavy jet charter includes
- 01
An all-inclusive quote
The quote spells out the aircraft, fuel, crew, landing and handling fees, and taxes. Nothing gets added once the trip is over.
- 02
One-way trips priced as one-way
Flying out and coming home some other way? You pay for the leg you actually fly. Every quote is built point to point, and you never pay round trip pricing.
- 03
A realistic flight schedule
We plan block times using real winds and routing, not best-case numbers. You get a departure time and an arrival window you can share with the people meeting you.
- 04
Cabin setup for long flights
We confirm catering, bed setup and WIFI Equipped Aircraft when you need to stay connected. Pets Allowed means the family dog can ride in the cabin with you.
- 05
International trip planning
For overseas flights we line up customs stops, overflight permits and passport details ahead of time, so nothing holds you at the ramp.
- 06
Updates when plans change
If weather, a slot delay or your own meeting moves the schedule, we call you with the new times and the options.
Questions about Heavy Jet Charter?
Call(317) 751-2071Signs your trip needs a heavy jet
You are flying more than five hours
Smaller jets often need a fuel stop on long legs. A heavy jet flies it nonstop, and your arrival time gets easier to predict.
You have a big group
Ten or more passengers, or a team that needs to talk business on the way, fit comfortably without splitting into two aircraft.
The bags will not fit a smaller jet
Sports equipment, sample cases for a show or two weeks of family luggage all need hold space. A large-cabin jet has a baggage compartment big enough to take it.
You need to sleep onboard
Overnight flights to Europe work better when people can lie flat and land rested.
The trip leaves the country
Long overwater legs and customs stops are what these aircraft are built for.

What moves the price of a heavy jet charter
By the hour, a large-cabin jet is the priciest class to charter. Fill the cabin on a long leg, though, and the cost per seat often lands closer to a smaller jet than people expect. Four things set your number, and each one shows up on its own line in our quote.
- Flight time and routing
- Hours in the air drive most of the cost. Headwinds, airspace routing and fuel stops all add time.
- Where the aircraft is based
- If the nearest available heavy jet is parked out of state, it has to reposition to pick you up. One-way trips may also include getting it home.
- Trips that span several days
- When the jet waits with you, the quote includes hotel rooms and per diem for the pilots. Duty-time rules cap how long a crew can work, so a very long day may need a rest stop or a second crew.
- Airport and season
- Busy airports carry higher fees, and heavy jets need long runways. Winter de-icing in Indiana adds cost on cold mornings.
Heavy jet charter questions
What is the seating capacity of a large-cabin jet?
Plan on 10 to 16 seats in most models. The layout on a given aircraft sets the real number. Fewer people fit if everyone wants a flat bed for the night.
Can a heavy jet fly to Europe nonstop?
Yes, most can reach Western Europe nonstop from the Indianapolis area. The aircraft model, wind and passenger load set the final range. We check this before we quote.
Which airport will I leave from?
Heavy jets need a longer runway than small aircraft, so we use an FBO at an airport that fits the jet. We tell you the exact FBO and drive time when we confirm.
What if the jet gets grounded for maintenance before my flight?
That aircraft comes off the trip, and we start looking for a comparable heavy jet right away. You get a phone call from us with the replacement and any change to your departure time. If no like-for-like jet is open, we lay out the other choices and you decide.
How far ahead should I book?
A week or more gives the best choice of aircraft. Fewer heavy jets are available than smaller ones. We also book on short notice when an aircraft is free.
